Who Are We?
Our president has over two decades of experience in the computer, semiconductor and contract manufacturing industries where the company has worked in process development, manufacturing engineering, technical marketing, product development, project management, business planning, entrepreneur training and website development. He has worked for technology companies like Hewlett Packard, Fujitsu, Silicon Graphics and Flextronics.
Our president has a BS Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College, an MS Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, a Certificate from the UCLA Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program and a DM Organizational Leadership (ABD) from Unversity of Phoenix, all of which contribute to his ability to help small businesses plan, launch and grow. He is a NxLevel certified business trainer and gives classes in both English and Spanish.

Bob is fluent in Spanish (Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador) and at one time was VP of Grants and on the Board of Directors of the Greater San Jose Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he rekindled his passion for working with Spanish speaking clients. Bob currently invests a large part of his time working with the Spanish speaking community and many of his clients are first generation immigrant entrepreneurs.
